    I'm curious about the news on Chinese quotas. In the last quarterly LYC says "In February 2023, it was announced that production quotas in China increased 19% for 1H 2023 in
    comparison to 1H 2022." You can also see on about the 27th Feb that prices started trending down a bit. Then we get Reuters news on the 24th March about the quotas.

    You might suspect that China Inc is insider trading this news? Anybody have any views on that?
