Another week has gone buy. NdPr dropped a tiny bit. The 2.5 RMB / KG, is insignificant. We will have to wait a few weeks to see if it is a change. The only significance it was the first down week for NdPrO since July. We will have to wait a few weeks to see if it means anything.
At 525 RMB / KG we still have not broken out of the 450 RMB to 550 RMB I predicted in May. This range will mean poor performance for LYC. Here is chart of weekly changes in NdPrO.
