China has responded to early in the week US further chip sanctions by banning 3 certain graphite exports - comes into effect Dec 1. Similarly to geranuim and gallium export permits will be required and again security given the reason.
Meanwhile in Vietnam charges looking to be laid on top exec and 6 in total to rare earths business - one that has connections to ASM and Blackwhatever although none involved.
