Another week with just small action. Most of it was on upside. It is becoming highly likely that this may be a bottom. Before Celebrating We should keep in mind where prices need to go. Cash flow neutral is hard because we only have past CAP X to look at. This will go down but with info we have very hard to know how much. So based on Past CAP X they probably need about 650 RMB WV / KG to be cash flow neutral. about 800 RMB to make a profit that would support LYC at $7.00 with a PE of 20. You have to have a bottom before a rise. Bottoms and tops can be very long. China is in control of prices until they announce or show a slow done in the Quota rises or a stockpiling for future i do not expect a solid rise in prices.
