CNRE & Shenghe up 3% & 4% yesterday, both making HH's on strong volume, CNRE up ~30% from low, Shenghe ~50%, together with improving REO prices pretty solid indicators the trend has switched positive, the bottom was made in Feb.

With Lynas moving into Q4 with forecast production 750tpm reasonable assumption the SP is making a bottom about now, the mkt should shift to accumulation mode before much longer, particularly given a reasonably positive QR.
