It should be a bottom but I said that when NdPrO paused at 400 ~ 450 RMB KG WV for 5 Dec 12th - Feb 9 2024. You need a bottom before you can go up. I calculate that they need 700~ 800 RMB For earnings to support a SP of AU$ 7.00 at a PE of 20. So a bottom is important but need to see a steep climb to know these low prices are over. The 5% to 10% price rises on Monday were a very steep climb. Right now it does not look like they are holding. Time will tell and patience will be rewarded.
