Kind of makes you wonder if he was somehow in the employ of Gina to drive the price down and make for cheaper takeover. Should be investigated imo. Now onto possible takeover premiums, timing, etc. personally I would be disappointed in anything less than 50% just to throw a number out given that is why the last attempt did not move forward an inability to agree on values.
