Obviously low priority but clearly Lynas still has an interest in pursuing ownership, just how far do you think your carpetbaggers are going to get with development of a resource that "remains the subject of an ongoing title dispute"?

Frankly I wouldn't punt a brass farthing into that mess until clear title is established, and Lynas can probably string that out in International Courts for years if they don't get domestic satisfaction, but then your handle probably says it all.
