Sounds like something a junior RE miner, hoping to get into production one day, would be pushing. Or one of those “consultants” like Adamas who os funded by the junior miners to write positive price forecasts reports, that have a proven track record of being inaccurate.
Believe LYC receives a small premium from Western customers. But nothing to the scale you are suggesting.
Personally, I wouldn’t be holding my breath.
