Do you not think that until the West has its own sustainable supply of REO, it is not overjoyed by these cheap subsidized Chinese prices.
That is like saying that the West will impose tarrifs on OPEC crude because they are selling too cheap.
Remember the Golden Rule of REE, they are not rare. They are only hard to refine. China will support its EV car industry for quite a while.

Honestly, I think LYC should consider shuttering Kalgoorie for 12 months. Tighten its belt, and try to weather this crisis through cost efficiencies. Otherwise, it may be heading for an MP/Molycorp future. I don't understand this policy of "full stream ahead" into a brick wall.
When LYC comes out of this messy period, I am a strong buyer. But LYC needs to batten down the hatches of its cash burn. The LAMP is ample production for the industry needs right now.
