Price needs to be over 750 RMB WV. Another positive is magnets have gone up across the board 6 RMB in the last couple of weeks a very positive indication. Depending on type the percentage varies, refrigerator magnets N35 are up 5% Magnets like 50EH used in high performance motors are up 1.5%.

The one down side is LI carbonate used in batteries is down and still going down. in last month it has dropped 15% This is a direct reflection on batteries which is a reflection on the auto and hand tool market. There are many uses for Perm magnets but auto and tools is one of the biggest. I cannot see a big recovery in REE prices till this market recovers. Posible but less than a 50% chance
