Probably not going to pop until the appeals are dealt with re Kal (yes, there have been a few) and a decision made on the PDF in Mal (if the politicians have the spine not to dither due to the usual anti Lynas brigade. The period for public comment in Mal ends 25 Nov and who knows when a decision will be forthcoming from the hand wringers. I expect the appeals in Kal to be dealt with fairly quickly and the matter handed to the Minister in a couple of weeks at the latest. Hopefully we will have a final decision on Kal well before Christmas.
