Do you have anything to support this. I would be interested in the documentation. though this year is low the two and three year is much higher and I believe well above the real growth rate. At about the rate that was expected but market though still growing is growing much slower than expected.
The total REE market grew 10% 2022 to 2023. and is growing slower in 2024 I believe the quota increase is much bigger.
