The fact is the Chinese have more than doubled their REE mining output since Lynas started trying to double theirs. Lynas has lost market share over that time frame. And recently the CCP has increased their export quotas, which is not going to help Lynas. And the CCP could still add a third quota through December, as they did last year.

What you have been doing is sticking your nose where it doesn't belong just like CJ tries to do.

That said, you have added something new this time.
You claim "They have implemented modestly increased quotas, well below the market growth rate, as a measure to improve market balance."
That's a claim that ausheds did not make. Maybe you didn't give him a chance, but it's your show now.
What market growth rate are you using to support that claim?
