Many people on this board tell me that PE is not important. I believe both of you are in this group. Why do you want higher prices. Is not that because that will raise profits? what is PE but profits with Shares outstanding and share price factored in. I believe you both claim to be long term holders. Why are small up days so important to you while you ignore the down days?


Compared to what is needed this change is not important. You cheer when it small up happen, That shows how little you know about what is needed and long term history of REE prices.


Some time this weekend I will put out my monthly report. It will show just how far prices have to go and how little they are changing. Especially considering the announcement at bottom of Q3 report Pg 7. which says operating expense. From KAL will no longer be CAPX. It will be expense starting in FEB. .
In US this would also mean Depreciation of the A$800M + CAP x would start in FY 2026. I do not know if in AU it will start in FEB 2025 to FY 2026. Either way it will take much higher profits to offset this increase in expenses. I do not know AU depreciation schedules but in US this would increase Expenses for Depreciation by about A$ 50M a year. How much does NdPr have to go up just to cover the depreciation? Hard to know production in crease . With labor Utilities solvents and taxes I would expect A$10M ~ $20M, A year increase . Use any volume you like between current production, 6KT, and the hope for production of 10.5KT. You will find todays change does not even cover 0.5%
