There is no discernible pattern to the REE pricing imo. Each up-move was understood at the time, as was the eventual return to lower levels. There was logic. There were not repeat circumstances. They established no pattern.

This current NdPr price action is due to yet another new set of variable inputs. New stressors, new outlooks, new reality. For example: Battery costs just 10% of what they were 10yrs ago; EVs are being perceived through the eyes of Tesla; the number of EVs across the transport sector has become material in its impact on global supplies; China has ceased to suppress ROW miners by low REE prices because it is no longer logical for them to do so; wind industry turning to massive offshore PMDD turbines; automation everywhere.

Few reasons to think that any technical pullback from current levels will return NdPr prices to baseline trend of the last few years; many to think otherwise.
