Well the market is pricing in that lynas will make at least 300-500M profit by next year. Also commodities are currently the only thing going up in the recession.... so.... not much to say here. Saying lynas is a high p/e stock after those earnings is kinda misleading. The market predicted the current situation correctly, hence, the share price. When the recession ends and hype kicks in we may see a much higher SP. Some big tech stocks are already down 50-70%. Not much more room to fall.
i am optimistic lynas can continue those profits or increase them by 50% within a year or two. all they need is 100% rate and some higher ree prices. Not calculating with additional revenue streams from Expansions
