Yes possible manipulations but I would go for the simple explanation supply and demand. China has brought on new volume. BEV sales are up, but tech has reduced REE content in motors by almost 25 %. Sales are way up but what is selling? Low power BEVS from BYDD KIA, VW lots of PHEVS from VW. Are much of the increase.
Now if you think it is manipulation surly you have some ideas of how this is being done and something to back up your ideas. So please explain why this is true, so we can all understand.
