You’re obsessing over the wrong thing. Do you think if that wasn’t happening DRE would be rising steadily? They need to find something to rise, that’s why they’re now at 1.5c. Announcements late and results not coming. If they gave the market a reason to buy then none of that 1 share crap would have any effect, the only reason it could is because any momentum and interest in the company is gone after the past month of nothing post CR.
