Those are some really good back-of-envelope numbers, and shows how much in-ground-value even the "tip of the iceberg" resource that they currently have is worth (exploration target is 100Mt+ just for the ironstones/excluding the Carbonatites).
I have also been following the NdPr price and it is going along really nicely (this post will probably jinx it though haha) - it has been up on most days now for weeks, and up 1-2% on most of those days.
Might be getting ready for the trade war that's to come soon with Trump/China.
Niobium price is still almost 50% higher than the NdPr price though, so I guess it'll be business as usual at DRE HQ for now (progressing gold towards mining/self-funding exploration, and more discovery drilling for the Niobium), with the REE's getting little touch ups in the background as required until the NdPr price gets up to levels closer to the Niobium price (would be nice if both were up where the Niobium price currently is).
