    The trend has changed.

    Shorters will not want to be fighting an upward NdPr market.

    I'm calling it, this is the turn we've been patiently waiting for.

    All other ducks have or are lined up for ARU. Now this is the last domino done.

    (and suprise surprise Hancock have just bought 5% of Mountain Pass - they will be all in grabbing the ARU equity piece). I'm quite sure the boffins at Hancock are smart.
