    I agree. IMO I think the ndrc approval will come through tomorrow or Monday. Then come Finance approval date of 31 Aug there will be another round of delays to really shake the tree again.

    China would keep this deal alive as long as possible if they were planning on not, or were not sure if they were proceeding.

    Hopefully there will be an opportunity to exit at 50 plus cents after ndrc approval received...
