    Yep the first thoughts are always negative with SDL these days.

    We know they love to get their blocking stakes in western resources companies for $100m to $200m pocket change but we need them to approve a proper size deal to get the 57c on offer.

    One issue is their ability to manage such projects on their own, that's why so many conditions in the offer for SDL board and for us shareholders.
