    Agreed the current price is cheap and lots of bad news already known.

    I still not willing to buy as until the Director start to buy and the new funding is sorted out I believe there is unfortunately more risk on the down side.

    Basically better oil producing opportuinties elsewhere, such as CVN, OSH, STO and soon to be INP for example.
