ASX ANNOUNCEMENT Sale Of Hospitals Nova Health Limited Nova Health Limited (Nova) today announced the sale of four of its Hospitals located in Melbourne and Sydney. The hospitals sold are Pinelodge Clinic, Baronor Private Hospital and Mountain District Private Hospital located in Melbourne and Longueville Private Hospital located in Sydney. Nova has accepted an offer of $21.5 million for the four hospitals from Independent Private Hospitals of Australia Pty Ltd. The sale will be completed 14 days after approval from the relevant state health departments for the transfer of the hospital licenses. It is anticipated that the license transfers will take approximately 30 days. The Managing Director, Mr. Geoff Sam said that “the Board was pleased with the result of the sale process due to the outcome being in line with the strategic objectives set at the time of the decision to sell the hospitals” Negotiations are continuing with a number of parties for the sale of Malvern and Westside Private Hospitals.
