Hi Alo, I think your forecast is probably close to the mark. I differ, though, in how I think the market will react to the news of positive progress (and negative balance sheet). On April 29 we saw a 29% daily increase on the back of a positive quarterly. This is how it shook out.
April 28: 0.40
April 29 (announcement): 0.515 (28.75% rise)
May 2: 0.54
May 3: 0.545
May 4: 0.58 (45% rise since April 28)
May 6: 0.57
It then retraced to 0.395 on June 27, before beginning its upward, orderly march to where we are today at 0.58.
My gut instinct – if Thursday’s news is good -- is that we will see another sharp rise, maybe to 0.75-0.80 for a few days, and probably a pullback to support levels in the late 0.50s or early 60s, before beginning another rise.
If that happens, we’ve made significant progress since June 27.
