Hmm sounds like another one of the posters who had recently "joined" HC to post some negative opinions on the stock and management.

Regardless I think the following probably holds more value as I have not just recently created an account to post this:

In my opinion we are on our way to more stability due to:
(1) The Board has our trust after the massive increase in ACV in the US
(2) The CEO should be rewarded appropriately for the good leadership they have shown
(3) More options granted as necessary to further progress in the US
