SFI has a limited future now. If Eagleview end up using their tech then they will buy them out. If they fail then they fail. Btw - there will be 1 billion shares if SFI earns revenue of $20M p.a. and Eagleview convert their notes/exercise their options as contemplated by the terms of this agreement. So even at a gross profit percentage of 100% they are aiming for an eps of 2c. Fully priced in already so far as I can see.
Wouldn't mind the job of SFI's CEO. Doesn't seem he now has much to do other than check up on the CTO's progress once in a while
