Yes, those are country-specific patent applications (and grantings), not PCT applications. Just glancing through the records, NEA has (as you would expect) also filed a number of PCT applications, some of which have been used down the track to file for country-specific patents.
So, having filed a PCT, the fact that SFI has no patents granted isn't really significant at this point, especially considering they clearly have a product to sell. In good time, they'll file for their patents at the country level.
