Since my initial purchase of NEA @70c last week the sp has behaved really well, lots of demand in spite of all the negativity from Wall St.
I have been doing lots of research on NEA and the implimentation and outlook looks great, but the one thing that is holding me back from getting really confident is the directors remuneration.
RN is on ~$650k cash pa and ~$350k options pa and the NP is still negative. I note EBITDA is positive and growing well, but I get the sense the directors are putting themselves first, way ahead of profits and shareholders.
As a comparison, KGN (my biggest holding) is printing cash, growing like crazy and the founder and CEO Ruslan Kogan earns just $470k pa. The second in charge (Shafer) gets $400k. Yes they have big shareholdings, but then they started the company from scratch and made it what it is.
What am I missing?
