IMHO NEA is regularly manipulated in both directions.
Unfortunately there are many small holders of NEA who both get super excited and super nervous when the share price moves quickly in either direction. The result is that it's very easy for larger players to trigger retail investors into dumping and buying on perceived sentiment.
You can avoid this game by simply doing your own valuation based on the available information regarding the *business*. Then obviously if your valuation is above the share price you might buy. If it is below the share price you might sell. But don't use the share price movement as the primary driver to buy or sell lest you end up selling to the accumulator who's faking you out by dumping a few hundred thousand shares then slowly soaking up your sell orders. Or vice versa.
