It's a matter of timing and value not price, personally I'd rather wait to see some solid revenue numbers coming in from US over a few quarters that exceed operational costs showing healthy net profit, doesn't have to be large net profit but enough to indicate solid organic growth exceeding operational costs in a very large potential market.
Meeting a few financial strength ratios and ideally for me a US listing.
