    I held ( still hold) IPR Shares ( Pre NEA) when the company was an IP Troll & remember that all IP cases in court took years to settle one way or another, especially in the US.
    I wouldn’t dwell on this case as it will drain energy,as experienced in the IPR days, let time take care of it & focus on the growth facts.
