good pickup @crystal blue. A quick Google search is not offering examples of the impact on a spp after these arrangements are approved. I'm keen to hear if anyone has had experience with a holding that has gone down this track before.
My only personal thoughts are I am in on nearmap for the long term and would hate to see it sold out for too cheap a value. However if it puts a floor under the intrinsic value because of increased takeover risk then I am off course interested.
