Firstly you need to put on your flack jacket before raising a perfectly good question that maybe seen as negative!
You are likely to receive a response of, your joking, and hundreds of thumbs up!
It is legitimate and whilst production doesn't worry me yet, I am interested as details were vague. Line2 from memory had initial problems in last qtr however should not impact dec qtr.
Whilst i don't know the exact answer, mgt will.
I often call companies and speak to comp sec or relevant person and find they are nearly always very responsive and helpful. Give it a go and maybe let us know?
If you call be prepared. Often you will glean more info than you had initially hoped for.
