Firstly my claim to Guidford ... travelled from Adelaide to there for a wedding 3 weeks ago lol! Not a bad place, alot of planes flying over where I was in Guildford though.
it seems quite risky going long. I was planning to get back into it (with a short positon) at around $5.10, but suddenly yesterday the bottom fell out of it. Seems still too much lingering around this company. To me it seems like the company is doomed because government legislation, which will no longer exist soon, is keeping their profits up. There hasn't been any substantial showing of an earnings threat to AWB yet, rather the market has been focusing more on the reputation of AWB from this inquiry. This leads me to think that when AWB has to downgrade it's profits then the market will really have something to panic about. Also I believe those US Senators will get their way and have it suspended from this credit export program!
