I think it was to stop getting beaten by $0.01 everytime.
But haven't seen an increase in holding for a while since that time at least.
Final day today & still no extention & no increase.
They might have given up for now.
Maybe David Law has siad no holding for more money now Harbinger & MMX have blocked.
Sino may wait & see if they get permission to take MMX.
Otherwise might give up & settle for a merger?
Interesting none the less.
