Yes CIO have $1m left on loan facility. The issue with that facility is the deal was struck when CIO share price was hoovering near the low of 2.3c. The loan comes with option to covert at 3c, with the share price now around 4c that is not such an attractive deal, i.e. to take another tranche is equivalent to a capital raise at 3c.
Perhaps the loan facility option strike price is flexible, I sure hope so.
