@asx11, the names of the ADG directors & secretary (at the time of the Haiti deal) were...

...and the names of current ADG directors (that are still present from the group that signed the Haiti deal) are...

So at the moment, 75% of the current Director & Secretary group were present at the time the Haiti deal was signed.

Will the new MD do a fantastically better job than the previous MD? It remains to be seen, however, the new MD (Ian Holland) will need to deliver spectacularly better results at ADG than he did in his previous role as Managing Director at NML which somehow (for a variety of reasons) didn't manage to avoid going down the administration gurgler.
