These 2 issues were raised at site visit, operational times and noise...
Outside crushers and mill can run 12 hrs a day whilst inside the plant can be run 24 hrs a day
the generators run at approximately 65 dBA which is considered moderate to loud as per chart below.
The plant is located in a valley surrounded by hills and the nearest properties are a long long way away. I have attached photos I took whilst there where you will see just how far away the plant is from any houses and little town.... I also asked care taker both visits myself have they ever had any previous noise issue and it was a definite no problem when the plant was operating, one of the care takers actually worked there when plant was in production
