The facts are we closed at 2.9c on Friday

We are currently in DD to buy out TSI.
If the number's add up we will take back 100% control though dept or a raise.
And that is where the questions from the doubters come from.
If its debt funded those allready in should do well.
If there's a CR. There will be dilution and the price will always be questioned.
Both ways will still see the operations and books open to the ASX and we find out where we stand.
Its a punt.
Tony, Marty and others have done more resurch than anyone could ever ask for and the market and timing couldn't be better. The odds on this just.keep getting better.
Is it undervalued
It won't be long and we will find out.
With risk comes reward.
I carnt see the point of those that criticize when they have no obligations to take the risk. Ask the question of the concern and many will answer even if it is part of the risk.
The deal could also fall over and we might get some of our money back on a sell off or we all make a lot of money.
Untill we can see clearly its still a punt.
