"I don't understand why LT investors bemoan the current undervalued (on potential) SP?? Isn't it fantastic to be able to continue to accumulate at these low prices 'knowing' we will roll in the cash at a later rerate? I understand ST traders would be in a hurry but for the rest of us the excitement and anticipation should be just building"

Agree with your general thinking, however by the very nature of investors there would be a certain (probably large) percentage of LT holders (like myself for example) who, while in it for the long haul, would prefer to see enough SP lift in the shorter term to be able to head in the direction of free carrying.

Investors being cautious is just our nature and free holding (or at least averaging down our entry costs) from fairly early makes life less stressful.
