Given the amount of mining activity in the area I'd say the problem isn't a big one and has been solved before.

It may be a little slower as the time for concrete to cure will be greatly increased but concrete dries underwater if left long enough so i'm not concerned that nothing has happened, just that it may be a little slower to get upto full capacity. to be honest though it may just be earth moving and plastic wrap and no concrete at all... I don't know what or how they are building it....

I think we are all rightly a little bit impatient as we shouldn't have to be asking these questions as holders.... it should be clear to us the how and why of everything. If this next activities report doesn't show the light at the end of the tunnel I suspect many of us will de-risk a bit.
