The Taronga approval is with the State, once it comes back from the state it's just a rubber stamp. I wasn't expecting Taronga until Dec-Jan anyway as the states process is beyond slow.
Granville is the catalyst for change IMHO. If they can lock it down as a producer the rest will just naturally flow into positive territory. Timelines are important for some, I'm LT here just waiting on confirmation that I made the right call.
