Have a closer look at the time and sales data, transaction by transaction. I’ve been watching these type of tricks being pulled on this stock for some time now. Typically, it punches the share price up half a cent and gives a completely contrived image of the days trading. I would not like to speculate who is doing this, but given that it is recurring and plainly obvious, I suspect it is not the random confluence of like minded individuals.
