I never suggested that there was anything illegal about this phenomena. We have a different opinion about the observation of the same beast. It’s difficult, in my opinion, to attribute the explanation you are offering to what I have regularly, too regularly, observed. I’ve been archiving time and sale data for quite some time now for a number of stocks, so I am well acquainted with what you are suggesting. Once again, in my opinion the evidence is almost self evident for the conclusion I have reached.

I’m not going to speculate any further, it would be pointless in a forum such as this. It is not fear that is forming this opinion, such an imputation reflects prejudices which should perhaps be examined.

Be that as it may, I’ll leave you all to form your own judgements on this matter.
