After all the raises and bonuses and fees and unlisted options CLE has a fully diluted market cap of closer to 1.5 Billion Shares and 100 Million $$$ at 6c.

I think it's the poor out look for iron ore and the Tariffs the USA now has on imports ~ I still see an element of risk if they tried to retain the 25% & were to try raise their share of the capex.

Best case is the buy out by far. Vale will have all the control & may get hostile but I think there will be a brown paper bag involved with some within CLE who brokered this whole deal.

My guess is they hock it off quick smart potentially before phase 2 - maybe even before mid year so they can cash in on the mandate fees.

200/300 million maybe - 12-18c

Then they move on pockets loaded.
