Plenty of large holdings on the register only in it for a short term trade and obviously they are more than happy to take the profit into the news. The sell off started this way but IMO finished with the weaker hands who got spooked by that and decided 2x or 3x was good enough for them and so they added to the selling pressure. Same thing happened when it originally announced in November - jumped, then chilled for a month and then took off. It’s going to rerate, it’s just a matter of do we take the stairs or the elvator. I’m not fussed either way. I’m also happy with the early buyout. Blue sky would be great but a 5 or Disallowed is also nothing to be sniffed at.
