How can you interpret the waffle continually spewed out by conversation with "good bloke Bill Oliver" as being honest.
How about an explaination as to why the first gold pour has been moved from Jan 9th to as yet unknown. Or why the last raising wasn,t put on hold until after the dust had settled in Japan.
