near the bottom

G'day folks,

I only come this way occassionally these days but thought I would give you my 111 years of experience at this difficult time. The bad news is a lot of people are hurting but the good news is we are probably near the bottom - if not it will be soup all round.

The dow should find a low around 9100 as should the nikkei but the europeans may have a few more percentage points to drop. The xjo is due a bounce, maybe from around 4100 but there are numbers that suggest it could go in the 3900's (maybe later). For those with superfunds that are in a blance fund the good news is the drop in the pacific peso has more than offset the declines on mkts like the dow and ftse so the international component should be helping to offset the xjo decline.
